Thanks to my friend Denise, I now have a whole recipe book of Christmas cookies. We didn't get fancy and decorate them this year, but I think by next Christmas Charlotte will be ready. We made carrot cake oatmeal cookies with frosting and chocolate marshmallow pillows for Santa Claus. Charlotte really enjoyed being the cookie taster to make sure they were acceptable for the big man!
