I forgot to mention what Monica and Charlotte did while we were on our date night.....made cupcakes! They are absolutely delicious, and Charlotte cannot stop talking about them! When I walked into her room the next morning she screamed "You're Back!". Promptly followed with "We made CUPCAKES!!!". Needless to say, Charlotte wants cupcakes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack!
