When Charlotte got an invitation to Emma Grace's Halloween party, she was so excited to show off her "cowgirl" outfit. I was so excited that she would have TWO chances to wear her oh-so-authentic, but oh-so-expensive cowboy boots that Bryce insisted on buying her. I really have no idea where the cowgirl concept came from. All I know is we asked Charlotte what she wanted to be for Halloween and a cowgirl was all that would do.
